Client may cancel service and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of
cancellation is given, in writing or by phone, within 10 business days from the date of initial
payment or the date on which Client begins utilizing services under the contract, whichever is
longer. For the purpose of this section, business days are Monday through Friday. To cancel
this contract by mail, Client must mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the written notice
of cancellation to: 3727 W Magnolia Blvd #414, Burbank CA, 91505. To cancel this contract by
phone, Client must call 818-748-1550 NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF THE 10TH DAY
FOLLOWING THE BEGINNING OF SERVICE.
All fees paid must be refunded to Client within 10 business days after delivery of the
cancellation notice to Face2Face Management. No refunds will be issued after the 10-day
cancellation period has passed.
